Fried rice- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 small onion, chopped, to be sauteed beforehand 1 package pre cooked brown rice via TJ if you're lazy, or cook your own damn rice 1/3 a cube of tofu browned in a skillet ahead of time with garlic and olive oil 1 can asian vegetable mix or fresh stuff if you've got it Soy sauce Red Pepper flakes 2 chopped cloves garlic
Pre cook your tofu with garlic and a little bit of oil. Add in your oil and sauté the onions over medium high heat for a minute or so. Stir in the rice and tofu and cook until heated. Now stir in the vegetables. Cook for about a minute, add in soy sauce, pepper flakes, and salt to taste. Voila!

I do this all the time. It's really good for if you have some leftover rice sitting in the fridge. Hell, fried rice is just a great way to use leftovers in general, you can throw pretty much anything in.
