Quick, easy, and somewhat painless... 1 -15 oz can of white beans (ie navy, great northern) 1/4 cup of olive oil 6 cloves of garlic, minced (or more) 2 tbsp lemon juice, salt 1/4 tsp salt freshly ground black pepper
Heat olive oil over medium low heat, add garlic and sautee. Cook for about 3 minutes and then remove from heat. Blend beans, lemon juice, salt&pepper in a food processor or blender til smooth. scrape down sides, add the oil and garlic and pulse again til smooth.
Great on sandwiches, veggie burgers, and whatever else your little heart desires.

Haha, needed something to give the ol' board a kick in the ass and get it more active. And I'm always cooking so I figured why not!
