i was just curious as to whether you have tried or even heard about this diet in a run down its a list of foods that are beneficial, neutral and best to be avoided
im thinking i might try it all the websites say its great but we all know what websites are like!

my boss was showing me some book where you take a little quiz and it tells you what kind of "burner" you are-- a sugar burner, a muscle burner, or a mixed burner and then it has tips for how you should eat according to that. really, though, i'm pretty skeptical of things like that...i think the best diet is less/healthier food + more exercise
