Chocolate chip banana bread
I'm super healthy, so for me this qualifies as desert. Although I kinda used to live off homemade banana bread a couple semesters ago.
2 cups flour (I used whole wheat, but all purpose is fine too) 1 cup sugar 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 3 bananas 1/2 cup earth balance 4 tbsp of soy flour mixed with water or whatever you would normally use to replace 2 eggs. 1 cup vegan chocolate chips
I blended the bananas and added them into a bowl with all the other ingredients. Grease the bread pan before adding the dough. Bake at 350 fahrenheit for 50 minutes to an hour. Check with a toothpick before you remove it. Let it cool for about 10 minutes then pop it out of the pan. Voila. Finished!
