These puppies are hot, maybe even obnoxiously so. You have been warned. Also, tinker at will with proportions--I never measure when I make this and I'm really just guessing.
HAWAIIAN HOT WINGS 1 lb chicken wings + salt & pepper 1 cup Sriracha hot sauce 1 stick butter 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp honey or molasses 1 cup pineapple chunks with a bit of their juice
Season wings with salt & pepper and bake at 350 or so until they're done, like 30 minutes or something. Check them with a thermometer--they should be 170 degrees inside.
While the wings are cooking, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then add the other ingredients. Simmer for a few minutes to blend the flavors. Toss the wings in there too and stir to coat. Serve with ranch.
